Bible Doctrine
“NO ONE CAN STOP SINNING!” – TRUE OR FALSE?
There is a gentleman, who calls himself an evangelist, who is fond of quoting Ecclesiastes 7:20 in his support of a Christian’s continued sinning. That verse says: “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” These, of course, are the words of a rank pessimist and idolator, a man who said he was “an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished” (See Ecclesiastes 4:13). Those who quote Solomon to reinforce their doctrinal position need to read all twelve chapters of Ecclesiastes very slowly and carefully. They also need to read the 11th chapter of I Kings slowly and carefully, too. Though God had early on given Solomon wisdom and understanding, as with Lucifer, Solomon’s wisdom became corrupted.
Ecclesiastes needs to be read in the same manner as one should read the Book of Job. In the final chapter of the Book of Job “the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite,’My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends (Zophar and Bildad), for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right.” (See Job 42:7). There are nine complete chapters in the Book of Job wherein these three men are speaking, and Job concurs with God “that in your answers (the statements of Eliphaz, Zophar and Bildad) THERE REMAINS FALSEHOOD!” (See Job 21:34). The nine chapters that contain false assertions are chapters 4,5,8,11,15,18,20,22 and 25.
God would say to any preacher, evangelist or Bible teacher today what He said to Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar long ago should any teach error and ascribe to God something God has never said: “My anger is kindled against you for you have not spoken of me the thing that is right!” There are a multitude of pastors, preachers and Bible teachers I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes when they stand before Jesus Christ to be judged. They are going to come face to face with an angry Lord.
There is much in the words of Solomon, Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar that IS correct and utter truth, but intermingled in what they say is error. For instance, when Eliphaz says,”I have seen they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same,” he speaks the truth! But when he says, “Remember, I pray thee, who ever perished being innocent, or where were the righteous cut off?” he is speaking error. Multitudes of innocent men and women, boys and girls, have died in their innocence, having their lives cut short by premature death. (See Job 4:7-8).
The books of Job and Ecclesiastes are not doctrinal dissertations like the apostles letters. One must keep this ever in mind when reading those two lengthy books and quoting from them to support their own doctrinal stand.
Solomon would have scoffed at Jesus’ command to “Go, and sin no more!” He would have argued that the parents of John the Baptist could not possibly have been “righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless” (See John 8:31-36 and Luke 1:5-6).
Brethren, I urge you to let the Word of God correct you and depart from iniquity and sin NOT!

“I MARRIED A SINNER!”
“I married a sinner!” That’s what the preacher said last Sunday morning. I am quite certain what he meant was that he had married a Christian lady, who, from time to time, was guilty of some manner of sin. She, of course, could probably have said the same about him.
It is interesting to note that when the term “sinner” or “sinners” is found in the scriptures the text is never speaking of the redeemed. Only the unrepentant are called sinners. Though ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, no scripture even implies all without exception continue to sin. (See Romans 3:23). Some few believe and obey their Lord’s COMMAND to “Go, and sin NO MORE!” (John 8:11). Those believers who continue to sin will often accuse these faithful brethren of exhibiting ungodly pride if they even infer they avoid all sin.
A handful of scriptures are taken out of context to “prove” God is powerless to deliver a fully surrendered believer from all sin. Scores and scores of plain, easy-to-understand scriptures that teach and support holy living are quite simply ignored by those who insist there can be no true deliverance from the power of sin in this life.
Jesus said His sheep hear His voice and follow Him. Jesus did not step off the path of righteousness from time to time and sin. Those believers who do so are not following their Lord but are yielding their will to disobedience and sin. These things ought not to be, brethren.

THE “SCHOOLMASTER” LAW
The apostle Paul speaks of a set of laws that were repealed and set aside by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He uses two different terms for this set of laws: 1) “the works of the law,,” and 2) “our schoolmaster.” He then asks “Wherefore then serves the law?” Or, What was its’ purpose? Why did God institute and keep in place this law of works, or schoolmaster law? Paul answers his own question, writing “It was ADDED because of transgressions.” (See Galatians 2:16; Galatians 3:24 and Galatians 3:19). Notice what Paul is clearly and plainly saying. He says this law of works, or schoolmaster law, was instituted by God because another set of laws was being transgressed! Remember, Paul told the believers at Rome, “Where no law is, there is no transgression” (See Romans 4:15). A non-existent law cannot be transgressed or broken! And the law that was being transgressed was such a sacred, holy law that God introduced and set in motion another set of laws to protect the sanctity of the law He had instituted long before.
At this point I feel it is necessary to leap forward to the 5th chapter of Galatians in order to show my reader what the “schoolmaster law” or “law of works” was NOT. I now quote verses 19, 20 and 21 from that chapter: “Now the works of the flesh are manifest (self evident), which are these: adultery (the breaking of the 7th commandment), fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness (entertaining lustful desires), idolatry (the breaking of the 1st and 2nd commandments)…murders (the breaking of the 6th commandment)….and such like (similar commandments, comprising the Ten Commandments) of which I tell you before (before you get caught up in such gross sins), as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Now we see from these three verses alone that the “schoolmaster law” and the “law of works” or “works of the law” could not possibly be the Ten Commandments as Paul states emphatically that if one breaks that law they shall be shut out of the kingdom of God! And, of course, there are many other texts in many other epistles written by Paul, Peter and John that show the Ten Commandments are still valid and in full force today.
So what was this “schoolmaster law?” Well, what does a schoolmaster do? He teaches. And that is exactly what the schoolmaster law or law of works did. These laws taught Israel the habit of obedience for in the Torah, the first five books of the Hebrew scriptures, there were 613 laws. These laws were called “the law of works” due to the fact that many of them, such as the laws of sacrifice and ritual cleansings, required physical labor to perform. These were the laws that were repealed. Only those laws that would obviously coincide with and fall under the Ten Commandments remain in force today. A male member of the body of Christ no longer needs to wear a beard, allowing it to grow without ever trimming it. (See Leviticus 19:27). A member of God’s church can wear a garment of linen and woolen without being charged with sin. (See Leviticus 19:19). A farmer, who has an orchard, is not obligated to give to the Lord his entire crop grown in the fourth year. (See Leviticus 19:23-25).
Brethren, study to show yourselves approved unto God, saying what God says through His holy apostles and prophets.

THE ONE THING THAT DISTRESSED PAUL THE MOST!
Have you ever noticed the one thing that caused the apostle Paul the most mental anguish and distress? He places his finger squarely on it in 2 Corinthians 12, verse 21, “When I come again, my God will humble me among you and that I shall bewail many WHICH HAVE SINNED already, and have not repented….” SIN, unforsaken and unrepented in a congregation Paul had nurtured caused him the greatest anguish and grief! Such behavior prompted Paul to even question their conversion, whether they had ever truly been justified and granted God’s HOLY Spirit. “Examine yourselves, whether you be in the faith, prove your own selves. Know you not your own selves, HOW THAT JESUS CHRIST IS IN YOU, except you be reprobates?” (See 2 Corinthians 13:5). Paul feared that many in the Corinthian assembly were false converts, false brethren without, God’s powerful Holy Spirit given to prevent them from sinning, enabling them to live holy lives.
There are many such deceived persons in the various “Christian” assemblies even today, thinking Paul himself was the servant of sin due to their gross misunderstanding of what Paul wrote in Romans 6, 7 and 8. They are utterly blind to the many statements made by Paul in all of his epistles that clearly reveal that this apostle was a supremely godly man. They portray Paul as a defeated Christian, one who struggled continuously against the temptation to sin and usually losing the battle in that struggle. They have no comprehension and understanding at all of Romans 7, and will use their erroneous interpretation of that chapter to excuse their continued sinning while urging others to adopt their view, assuring them believers cannot stop sinning, pointing out, “See, even this mighty apostle obviously sinned every day of his life!” Unable to discern the voice of the Shepherd, they flee from those who speak and teach the truth! Try enlightening them to the truth and they will flee from you and refuse to hear your words of truth and wisdom. Beware of false brethren as they infiltrate themselves in many assemblies. A word to the wise……

SATAN’S CATCH-22
Sin has an accompanying blinding component. Continue to knowingly, wittingly sin and spiritual error will slowly and surely color your thinking and beliefs. The prophet Daniel understood this truth perfectly writing of how one must turn from their sins in order to comprehend and understand God’s truth. (See Daniel 9:13). The apostle Peter stated that this was a divine spiritual law, stating that men “stumble at the word, BEING DISOBEDIENT, whereunto also they were appointed” (See 1 Peter 2:8). God’s high regard for spiritual truth is seen in how He absolutely refuses to grant spiritual understanding to those who continue in disobedience.
In order to understand the scriptures correctly a redeemed believer will have to abandon any and all known sin in their life in order for the Holy Spirit to shine the light of the truth of what is said in the scriptures as the fantastic blinding power of Satan continues to blind the mind to the truth if that person has unrepented of and unforsaken sin in their life. That is a spiritual law as inflexible and fixed as any law of physics. The apostle Peter warned that disobedient believers, those believers who continue to sin, are divinely appointed to stumble at God’s Word unable to see what the scriptures actually teach. (See I Peter 2:8). That is WHY many preachers, evangelists, Bible teachers, pastors, etc. are unable to see the truths of scripture. They have some unrepented of and unforsaken sin in their life which effectively prevents the Holy Spirit from illuminating their minds as Satan is permitted to continue operating his blinding POWER in the minds of such persons. In fact, many denominational churches teach that it is impossible for a believer to stop sinning! All such denominations, therefore, embrace gross error in some, if not most of their doctrines. The Word of God cannot be broken. It says what it says and means what it says. (See John 10:35).
Peter further warned that there would be false preachers and teachers in Christianity and that the majority would follow such, causing the way of truth to be evil spoken of. (See 2 Peter 2:1-2). And what is the one common trait among all such? THEY CANNOT CEASE FROM SIN! (See 2 Peter 2:14). They promise their followers liberty from God’s law, while they themselves are servants of corruption. (See 2 Peter 2:19).
Every sin has a blinding component. In Proverbs, we read how God’s “secret is with the righteous.” (Proverbs 3:32). “The way of the wicked is as darkness; they know not at what they stumble” (Proverbs 4:19). The writer of Hebrews warns of “the deceitfulness of sin” (See Hebrews 3:13). There again is the deceiving component coexisting with all sin. Peter speaks of our being led away with the error of the wicked. (See 2 Peter 3:17). Paul warned Timothy that when we turn away from having a good conscience we then turn aside to vain speech and beliefs. (See I Timothy 1:5-6).
Satan bends over backwards to promote continued sinning in a believer’s life as he knows such will effectively blind that person from seeing the truth in many areas of his or her doctrine. Jesus said, “He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me, and he that loves me shall be loved of my father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him” (See John 14:21). Jesus reveals truth to the obedient. “Light is sown for the righteous” (Psalm 97:11).
“My eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me. He that walks in a perfect way, he shall serve me” (Psalm 101:6). God is not so hard up for faithful and godly representatives that He will use any and all who harbor a desire to be His spokesmen even though continuing to sin day in and day out.
A deceived person does not know he is deceived. He is 110% certain he has and knows the truth. Roman Catholic priests are certain they faithfully represent the Lord. The same holds true for Mormon bishops and a multitude of other denominational pastors, evangelists and missionaries. The pertinent question all should ask themselves is, “Am I walking in holiness and purity of mind and spirit 24/7? Do I abhor and shun all sin?” If the answer is, “No,” they need to repent and carefully scrutinize all their beliefs in the light of God’s Word. God help you to understand.

THE TWO-FOLD MISSION OF THE CROSS!
Multitudes of Christians have a narrow view of what Jesus accomplished on the cross. They see only that payment for our sins was achieved through Christ’s crucifixion. They fail completely to see the far greater work that was achieved by the cross – that not only did our Lord pay the penalty for our sins by the cross, but that HE ALSO FREED US FROM OUR SINS by the cross! “For He (God the Father) has made Him (on the cross) to be sin for us, who knew no sin, THAT WE MIGHT BE MADE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM” (See 2 Corinthians 5:21). “(Jesus) gave Himself for our sins, THAT HE MIGHT DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL WORLD, according to the will of God and our Father” (See Galatians 1:4). Yes, deliver us from this PRESENT evil world, deliver us NOW from any and all sin! “And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts” (See Galatians 5:24). When Christ died, I DIED, TOO!
The apostle Paul wasn’t merely being melodramatic when he wrote, “I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me, and the (victorious) life I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me” (See Galatians 2:20). Jesus Christ living in you will keep you from all sin, will give you the victory over every temptation, but this is accomplished only by faith in Jesus Christ. (See I Corinthians 10:13). If you don’t believe Christ can do this, He can’t as He only operates in the arena of faith. Without faith you cannot please Him, and without faith you will never have the victory over sin. You will continue sinning till your dying day. It will then be YOUR death that frees you from sin, not your Lord’s death, and that is a diabolical twisting of the truth and nullifying of the cross! God help you to see that.
“But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.” (See Galatians 6:14). Are you dead to the world’s allurements, attractions, pulls and temptations, or are you a live wire ever giving in to temptation after temptation, sinning daily in thought, word and deed????
Your Lord died to give you the more abundant life. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, whosoever commits sin is the servant (slave) of sin…If the Son shall therefore make you free (from sin), you shall be free indeed” (See John 8:34-36). That “other” Jesus Paul warns us about is utterly unable to free you from sin. In fact, that imposter Christ cannot even forgive your sins! (See 2 Corinthians 11:1-15). Multitudes of believers are going to learn too late that they were duped into following and believing that “other” Jesus.

COULD JESUS CHRIST RETURN TONIGHT?
The apostle Paul was confronted with that question raised by the Thessalonian believers. That is why he wrote 2 Thessalonians. In his first letter to the Thessalonian believers Paul had stated, “For yourselves know perfectly (or, as we might say, “perfectly well”) that the day of the Lord (the day of Christ’s return) so comes as a thief in the night” (I Thessalonians 5:2). Four verses later Paul urges “let us watch and be sober…” (verse 6).
The apostle Peter warned that Paul wrote some things hard to understand by those who were not well grounded in the scriptures. (See 2 Peter 3:14-16). The Thessalonian believers misunderstood what Paul was saying, thinking he was telling them that Jesus’ return was imminent and that they needed to keep watch for Him as He might appear at any moment without any warning whatsoever much as a burglar, or thief, gives no warning before he climbs through your window.
Paul then writes the Thessalonians again, saying clearly, “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto Him, that you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means (claiming that God’s Spirit had revealed something to them) for that day SHALL NOT COME except 1) there come a falling away first, and 2) that man of sin be revealed (the great false prophet spoken of by John in the Book of Revelation), the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped, so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Remember you not that when I was yet with you I told you these things. (Paul is amazed they had misinterpreted what he had told them in his first letter to them). And now you know what withholds (Christ’s return) that he might be revealed in his time” (See 2 Thessalonians 2:1-6).
Notice how clearly Paul now speaks. He categorically states that two unmistakable events MUST occur BEFORE Jesus Christ can return: 1) There must be a great falling away first – Christians abandoning Christianity for some other pursuit or religion, to-wit, Islam, and 2) The man of sin must be revealed, one who exalts himself above even God and sits in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to BE God!
Now ask yourself, “Has there been a great falling away of Christians, former believers in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior now giving up that belief and going to another religion or philosophy?” Then ask yourself this question: “Is there some man occupying God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God appearing in the flesh in that temple?”
Friends, there is no temple in Jerusalem God’s temple was destroyed in 70 A.D. Until that temple is rebuilt and this man of sin occupies it, claiming to be God, Jesus Christ will not and cannot return. It’s that simple. It took forty-six years to construct the temple that was destroyed in 70 A.D. (See John 2:20). How long will it take to construct this prophesied temple that MUST be built before Christ can return? Zechariah 14 reveals there will be a temple standing in Jerusalem the day Jesus returns and places His feet on the Mount of Olives.
Re-read 2 Thessalonians 2, verses 1 through 6. Follow Paul’s counsel. Don’t be deceived into thinking Jesus Christ could “break through the blue” tonight or tomorrow or next year. It cannot happen. So says your Bible. Don’t believe me. Believe God’s holy, inspired Word of eternal truth!

THE PROPHET DANIEL SPEAKS! (Expanded)
I do not want to ever confuse anyone when speaking from or about the scriptures. Roman Catholicism and the papacy do figure largely in the prophecies of the end time. Rome is a prominent entity in Daniel and Revelation. Roman Catholicism and Islam have been at loggerheads with one another for centuries – that’s what the Crusades were all about, Roman Catholicism fighting Islam to reclaim lost territory. That’s what the Bosnian War was all about – Roman Catholicism fighting to push back Islam from encroaching any further in Eastern Europe. I believe Islam’s inroads into Central and South America, as well as the United States, is the prime reason the most recent pope was chosen to be such as he is a South American.
My intense study of Daniel, Revelation and all the other prophets convinces me that there is probably not an infant alive on earth today who can possibly live long enough to witness the return of Jesus Christ. I do NOT believe we are yet in the last days. Paul very clearly points out in the 2nd Thessalonian letter that TWO dramatic events must first occur before the Lord can return: 1) There must be a great falling away from Christianity to another philosophy or religion, and, 2) The “man of sin,” also called “the son of perdition” and “the false prophet” MUST BE REVEALED. Paul says the one singular event that reveals this man to be who he is is his setting his throne in God’s temple! That means the temple MUST be rebuilt before Jesus returns! (Zechariah 14:20-21 reveals that there will be a temple in Jerusalem at the time of Christ’s return).
Those preachers and theologians who say every prophecy that must be fulfilled before Jesus returns has already been fulfilled have been blindsided by Satan – at least in this matter. Revelation says every one on earth will be duped into worshiping the beast and the false prophet. That’s not going to occur in a handful of years. How is every atheist in China, Korea, Russia, etc. going to be swayed to become super-religious and worship the beast and false prophet in a handful of years??? How is this going to be accomplished with every Hindu, Buddhist, professing Christian, Shintoist, etc., in a handful of years??? Christian missionaries have been trying to bring everyone into the Christian fold for 1900 years without success. Still many countries are only 2 to 5% Christian, others less than 20%, and I am to believe everyone is brought under the umbrella of one FALSE religion in three-and-a-half to seven years!!!!!!
Why don’t these “theologians” THINK when they read the scriptures? They are “locked-in” to their presently held beliefs and just won’t entertain the thought for a single second that they could be in error. I do believe the process of getting everyone to embrace one false religion will be speeded up, so to speak, by the decimation of earth’s inhabitants via nuclear war and multiplied natural disasters prophecy says will escalate at the time of the end. And when that end time religion beheads all dissidents, the adherents of that diabolical “religion” will surpass infidels in numbers. Such events will also cause the survivors to look in any direction for a “strong man,” so to speak, to help save the world. Plus, if one reads carefully the “years” given in Daniel’s prophecies and counts forward they will find the year of the resurrection of Daniel and his companions goes well past 2019 or even the 22nd Century, whether one uses a lunar calendar or solar calendar to do their computing and whether they start their computations from Jesus’ birth, His baptism, His crucifixion, His resurrection, or His ascension. (Theologians in the past have used each event as their starting point for computing Daniel’s prophetic years). Try it and see what year you arrive at! That’s WHY I confidently say there is not an infant alive on earth right now who can possibly live long enough to witness our Lord’s return. Hope this doesn’t shake your faith. It causes mine to swell and grow ever stronger.

TWO UNDENIABLE FACTS
I am going to state two truths that are stated so plainly in the Bible as to be utterly undeniable. Truth Number One: The names of the first two humans were Adam and Eve. (See Genesis 3:20). Now here is the second plainly stated undeniable truth. In fact, it is a truth that is plainly stated at least three separate times in the New Testament. Here it is: The Lord will not return for the living and dead redeemed until the intense persecution and martyrdom of Christians is well under way.
Something happened back there in the First Century that prompted the Lord’s apostles to wholeheartedly believe the Lord’s return was imminent. They thought this due to the intense persecution brought against the Christians by both the unbelieving Jews and the pagan Romans. Over and over again in his first epistle Peter speaks of the suffering of Christians and how they were looked upon as evil doers. (See I Peter 1:6-7; 2:12, 19-23; 3:14-17; 4:1-4). And then, in light of this continued persecution of believers, Peter writes “But the end of all things is at hand Be ye, therefore, sober, and watch unto prayer!” (See I Peter 4:7). Christians were not being spared these fiery trials, suffering and persecution, and it was such continued treatment that prompted Peter to say, “the end of all things is at hand!” He remembered how Jesus had plainly stated there would be a great persecution of believers prior to His return!
When Peter, James, John and Andrew asked Jesus, “What shall be THE SIGN OF THY COMING, and of the end of the world (or age)…Jesus answered and said….Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake…AND THEN SHALL THE END COME” (See Matthew 24:3-14). These were the words that were ringing in Peter’s ear as he saw the growing persecution of Christians, prompting him to write “the end of all things is at hand!” (See I Peter 4:7).
Peter then writes, “Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you” (I Peter 4:12). It seems most believers would think it mighty strange if they began to be persecuted and even put to death! Yet Peter firmly believed such treatment was a sure sign of the Lord’s near return.
Peter goes on to write, “But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, that when his glory shall be revealed (following this unparalleled suffering of Christians), ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye, for the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified” (See I Peter 4:13-14).
Peter then says, “Wherefore let them that suffer ACCORDING TO THE WILL OF GOD commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator” (verse 19, I Peter 4). Note well that it is NOT God’s will that Christians be spared from fiery persecution – even martyrdom. It is God’s will that Christians trust Him in all situations and at all times!
The apostle Paul also taught that the intense persecution of Christians would be the sign that our Lord’s return was imminent, for in speaking of the severe “present distress” of Christians by the Romans – so severe that Paul advised against Christians marrying and attempting to raise a family – Paul then wrote ‘THE TIME IS SHORT…..for the fashion of this world passes away!” (See Romans 7:25-31). Paul, along with his fellow apostle Peter, saw the Number One Sign that Jesus’ return was imminent was the intense, prolonged horrible persecution of Christians!
Paul and Peter could not be faulted for believing “the end of all things was at hand” and that “the time is short.” Even James wholeheartedly agreed, writing that it was “the last days” and that “the coming of the Lord draws nigh” even stating “the judge (Jesus Christ) stands before the door!” (See James 4:1-9). He then speaks of Christians “suffering affliction.” (verse 10). That’s WHY James was certain the Lord’s return was quite near. Satan has blinded countless pastors, preachers and Bible teachers from seeing this oft repeated truth, leading them to teach the very opposite – that Christians will escape persecution by being “raptured” or “caught away” before things get really bad.
Jesus warned, “He that is not with me (saying what Jesus said), is against me (is counter working Jesus Christ), and he that gathers not with me scatters abroad” (See Matthew 12:30). You are either helping Jesus or hindering Jesus. Those who teach the rapture doctrine are hindering Jesus and are fostering satanic delusion. It is that simple. It is that plain in scripture.
There are some who believe I speak too harshly of those who teach gross error among the followers of Jesus Christ. Friend, I weigh the cost believers must pay when believing error. Many Christians are going to be so dumbfounded to find they are not being caught away and delivered from gross persecution and martyrdom that it will cause many too fall away from Christianity and embrace Islam as the true religion. Many, faced with the prospect of being beheaded, will deny Jesus is the Son of God and will kiss the Koran. Spiritual error can be quite costly and can even prompt Jesus to say to the one embracing the same “I never knew you!” God help you to understand is my prayer.
